🌸 Dazzling Flower 條款與細則

一、商品資訊

所有鮮花圖片僅供參考，實際花束可能因花材季節性、供應情況而有所不同。
本店保留更換花材之權利，將以相同或相等價值花材作出調整，恕不另行通知。
所有花束均為人手製作，即使同款花材，亦可能因花藝師風格、包裝方式而略有差異。

二、訂單與付款

所有訂單需經本店確認後方為有效。
本店接受銀行過數、PayMe、轉數快 (FPS)、支付寶付款。
訂單一經確認，恕不接受取消。
如客人對花材或設計有特別要求，請於落單前聯絡我們。

三、急單服務

本店設即日送花服務，可告知心儀顏色 tone，唯不接受指定款式，我們會使用時令花材設計。
即日訂單如需選用送花服務，我們會盡力安排於所要求時段內送達，如因任何問題有小延誤，敬希體諒。

四、退款政策

訂單後一經確認，恕不接受任何形式之退貨或退款。

五、風暴或黑色、紅色暴雨安排

如天文台在取／送花當日上午 7 時前發出 8 號或以上颱風訊號，天氣惡劣將無法在原定時間自取／送貨。
自取花產品將安排於訊號除下後當日 2 小時後可安排自取。
送貨花產品將安排於訊號除下後當日 6 小時內送到貴客原定的地址。如天文台在 15:00 前仍未除下訊號，花產品將改翌日送出。
如客人無法在當日自取／接收花產品，可於訊號除下前通知我們安排於 2 天內自取／運送。
恕不接受訂單取消。

六、私隱政策

Dazzling Flower 尊重客人私隱，所有個人資料僅用於處理訂單及提供服務，不會將客戶的個人資料給予第三者作商業用途。
為順利完成訂單，我們會在必要的前提下，把必需的收花客戶資料給予第三者（運輸）。
除非訂花人要求，我們不會透露訂花人／送禮人的身份予收花者。

1. Product Information

All flower images are for reference only. Actual bouquets may vary due to seasonal availability and supply.
We reserve the right to substitute flowers with equal or greater value without prior notice.
All bouquets are handmade. Even with the same flowers, variations may occur due to florist style and wrapping.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are valid only upon confirmation by our shop.
We accept payment via bank transfer, PayMe, FPS, and Alipay.
Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
If you have specific requests regarding flowers or design, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Express Orders

Same-day delivery is available. You may specify preferred color tones, but not exact designs. We will use seasonal flowers for arrangement.
For same-day delivery, we will do our best to deliver within the requested time slot. Minor delays may occur due to unforeseen issues—thank you for your understanding.

4. Refund Policy

Once an order is confirmed, no returns or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.

5. Typhoon & Rainstorm Arrangements

If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is issued before 7:00am on the scheduled pick-up/delivery day, services will be postponed.
Self-pickup orders will be available 2 hours after the signal is lowered.
Delivery orders will be sent within 6 hours after the signal is lowered. If the signal remains in effect after 15:00, delivery will be rescheduled to the next day.
If you are unable to pick up or receive the flowers on the same day, please notify us before the signal is lowered to arrange pickup/delivery within 2 days.
Order cancellations will not be accepted.

6. Privacy Policy

Dazzling Flower respects your privacy. All personal data is used solely for order processing and service provision, and will not be shared with third parties for commercial use.
To fulfill your order, necessary recipient information may be shared with third-party delivery services.
Unless requested by the sender, we will not disclose the sender’s identity to the recipient.
