💁🏻‍♀️客人可按所需日子預訂花產品。我哋亦設即日送花／自取服務，即日急單可告知心儀顏色 tone，唯不接受指定款式，我們會使用時令花材設計。

💁🏻‍♀️You may pre-order for your preferred date. We also offer same-day delivery/pickup. For urgent orders, let us know your preferred color tone (specific designs not accepted). Seasonal flowers will be used.

💁🏻‍♀️除非客人要求，花束將如圖所示包裝。我哋會用防水花袋包好花束，底部有水袋保持濕潤。

💁🏻‍♀️Unless requested otherwise, bouquets are packed as shown. We use waterproof flower bags with water pouches to keep them fresh.

💁🏻‍♀️鮮花存放期： 一般 3–7 日，視乎花材與環境而定。
收花後處理： 花束底部已有水袋，可暫時不用拆包裝。若想拆包裝，建議每天剪花腳 1–2 公分，並換清水。避免陽光直射與冷氣直吹，保持室溫環境。
