🚗專業送花上門
• 可送花時間為09:00 - 20:00（其他時間可另議，運輸或需收取附加費用), 需提供最少2小時收花時段
**指定收花時段不適用於新年 / 情人節 / 母親節期間
• 我們會於送貨員確認送達花束後，盡快或不多於花束送達30分鐘內 send 相以通知訂花人
• 請確保收花地址於所指定送花日期／時段有人收花或代收，
不確定或需特別安排（如送達前需聯絡收花人）請於落單時提出，非繁忙節日我們都會盡量配合
• 如提供非完整地址（e.g. xxx 店門外），請確保所選送花時段電話保持暢通，並額外提供多於一個聯絡電話。
送貨員只等待不多於10分鐘，逾時請於翌日／2天內到長沙灣自取或自行安排運輸，
已付之運費將不會退回，並需負責回程之運費（與去程運費一樣），
我們亦不會負責產品因舟車勞頓／延誤取貨而可能產生之損壞／凋謝情況。
2天內未能安排運輸將視作放棄訂單處理。

🚗Professional Flower Delivery
• Delivery hours are 09:00–20:00. (Other times may be arranged upon request; additional transport fees may apply).
Please provide at least 2 hours delivery time slot.
**Not available during Chinese New Year / Valentine's Day / Mother's Day for specified delivery timeslot.
• Once the delivery staff confirms the bouquet has been delivered, we will send a photo to the sender as soon as possible, and no later than 30 minutes after delivery.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the flowers at the specified delivery address and time slot.
If special arrangements are needed (e.g. contacting the recipient before arrival), please inform us when placing the order.
We will do our best to accommodate during non-peak seasons.
• If an incomplete address is provided (e.g. “outside xxx shop”), please ensure the phone remains reachable during the selected delivery time,
and provide more than one contact number.
Our delivery staff will wait no more than 10 minutes. If the recipient is not present, please arrange self-pickup at Cheung Sha Wan within 1–2 days or arrange your own transport.
• Paid delivery fees are non-refundable. Return transport fees (same as outbound) will be charged.
We are not responsible for any damage or wilting caused by delays, missed pickups, or transport conditions.
• If transport cannot be arranged within 2 days, the order will be considered forfeited.
