🌹網上下單
1. 選取心儀花產品
2. 填好所需資料及付款
3. 收到確認電郵,即代表我們已收到訂單
4. 訂單將於 48 小時內經 WhatsApp 確認,同時訂單狀態會轉為「已確認」
🌹Online Order
1. Select your desired flower product
2. Fill in the required information and complete the payment
3. Once you receive a confirmation email, it means we have received your order
4. Your order will be confirmed via WhatsApp within 48 hours, and the order status will be updated to "Confirmed"
🌷更改訂單
- 如需更改產品款式 或 取花/送花日期,請於取花/送花前 最少120小時 提交更改訂單表格
**更改日期需於改訂單當日起計 3 個月內**
- 如需更改取花/送花資料(如日期/地址/時間)、心意卡內容或其他資料,請於取花/送花前 最少72小時 提交更改訂單表格
- 取花/送花前 72 小時內更改之訂單,將視乎實際情況酌情處理,本店有權不接納或收取最少 $100 附加費用
- 提交更改訂單表格不代表更改成功,請耐心等待,我們會於 48 小時內經 WhatsApp 確認

※ 新年 / 情人節 / 母親節期間所有更改需提早最少240小時,少於時限之更改本店有權不接納或收取最少 $200 附加費用

🌷Change Your Order
- To change the product style or the pick-up/delivery date, please submit the order amendment form at least 120 hours before the scheduled pick-up/delivery.
**The new date must be within 3 months from the amendment request date.**
- To update pick-up/delivery details (such as date, address, or time), message card content, or other information, please submit the amendment form at least 72 hours before the scheduled pick-up/delivery.
- Amendments made within 72 hours of pick-up/delivery will be handled at our discretion. We reserve the right to reject the request or charge a minimum additional fee of $100.
- Submitting the amendment form does not guarantee the change. Please wait patiently—we will confirm via WhatsApp within 48 hours.

※ During Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day, or Mother’s Day, all changes must be submitted at least 240 hours in advance. Late requests may be rejected or incur a minimum additional fee of $200.
